50 EU murderers peadophiles and rapists slipped into UK under freedom of movement

Deadly cost of open borders foreign murderers rapists peadophiles

Vote Leave, the eurosceptic campaign group led by Justice Secretary Michael Gove, warns that EU freedom of movement laws have enabled murderers, paedophiles and terrorists to enter Britain undetected. By Steven Swinford, and Laura Hughes 12:01AM BST 29 Mar 20 Fifty of Europe's most dangerous offenders including murderers, rapists, paedophiles and one of the world's most wanted terrorists have slipped into Britain undetected, a new analysis has found.

Vote leave, the eurosceptic campaign group led by Michael Gove, the Justice Secretary, warned that foreign offenders are using EU freedom of movement laws to enter Britain despite being convicted of serious crimes.

At total of 45 of them have gone on to commit further crimes in Britain, including 14 who have gone on to kill, 13 who have committed sex offences and nine who carried out violent assaults. The cases include that of Arnis Zalkans, a Latvian suspected of murdering 14-year-old schoolgirl Alice Gross before killing himself. Before entering Britain he served seven years in prison in his home country for murdering his wife. In another high-profile case Adelhamid Abaaoud, a Belgian citizen who orchestrated the Paris terror attacks, entered Dover last year despite being subject to an arrest warrant.

In several of the cases senior judges expressed their astonishment that the offenders had been allowed into Britain despite the severity of their offences. The analysis added to the deepening row within the Conservative Party over Europe as David Cameron has repeatedly argued that Britain will be safer if it votes to stay in. Vote Leave claimed the European Union is "hanging out the welcome sign" to foreign criminals.

Dominic Raab, the eurosceptic justice minster, said: "European Union rules make it far too difficult to control who comes into the UK, and who we can deport. In security terms, that forces us to import risk, at the expense of public protection. There's no escaping the fact that this weakens our security." However Damian Green, a Conservative MP and former Home Office minister who is campaigning for Britain to stay in, said that since 2010, 6,000 European citizens have been barred from entering the UK He said: "Once again, the Leave campaign's argument makes no sense, it is a mix of chaos and confusion. "The truth is that the UK already has the best of both worlds.

We maintain all the benefits of EU membership while opting out of the passport-freeSchengen area and maintaining our border at Calais rather than Dover." The analysis is also likely to prove controversial as the family of Alice Grosspreviously said they did not want their daughter's death "hijacked" by anti-immigration groups. In a statement released through Liberty, the civil rights group, ahead of her inquest last year the family said that they "believe in freedom of movements and human rights".

Foreign offenders have entered the UK under Europe's "free movement" laws, which entitle EU citizens to travel and work across Europe. While Britain can bar foreign offenders from entry if they are deemed to pose a "serious threat" to public security, European nations are not compelled to share the criminal records of their offendersLithuanian child rapist Victor Akulic and Lady Justice Hallett Photo: PA In some of the most serious cases foreign offenders were allowed to enter Britain because the authorities had not been informed that they had committed serious crimes in their home country.

Vote Leave also highlighted concerns that while convicted murderers in the UK are subject to supervision for the remainder of their life on release, the same approach does not apply to those convicted of murder in other EU states. As well as Zalkans, the 45 criminals from the EU who have committed further offences in the UK include Victor Akulic, a Lithuanian who raped a 40-year-old woman and then forced her to watch a recording of the horrific attack just months after arriving in the UK in 2010

In 2012 Kajus Scuka, a murderer from the the Czech Republic who had served 11 years for murdering his wife in his home country, was jailed for a series of sex attacks including a knifepoint rape Until he was caught, police did not even realise that he was in the country.

Judge Peter Kelson said at the time: "It seems to me [to be] the case that even with your convictions for murder and assaults you were free to enjoy the same freedom of movement as any other European citizen."

EU LOOPHOLE LETS ISIS KEEP ITS GUNS

Fiona Hamilton crime editor Sean O'Neill chief reporter
The Times Tuesday 29th March 2016 (page6)

EU loophole let's ISIS keep its guns

A Europe wide crackdown on illegal firearms after a surge of terrorist activity by Islamic State has failed to include the type of weapons used by the Islamic State cell that terrorised France and Belgium. British firearms experts discovered the glaring omission in the EU directive to impose strict new standards on deactivated weapons. They alerted Brussels to the fact that the new regulations did not apply to so called "acoustic weapons", which are sold to film makers as movie props and classified as blank firing rather than deactivated firearms.

Yet these are exactly the class of weapons obtained by ISIS terrorists. They can be converted to fire live rounds and were used in the attacks on Charlie Hebdo in Paris in January 2015.

Ballistics experts believe the AK-47s used in the Paris attacks in November were also converted acoustic weapons. They suspect it will be confirmed that converted acoustic weapons have been recovered in Brussels this week.

The failure to include the weapons in the gun control laws will intensify the debate over membership of the EU. Many of the automatic weapons used in the wave of terror attacks originated in Eastern Europe with firearms traders in Western Slovakia coming under particular scrutiny.

Sources say thousands of weapons are in criminal hands across Europe. Attempts have been made to smuggle consignments of the weapons into Britain.
Under pressure from this country the EU commission is now urgently trying to close the loophole and amend the directive which now comes into force on April 8. THE EU PARLIAMENT HOWEVER IS NOT DUE TO DEBATE THE AMENDMENT UNTIL SEPTEMBER.

Britain is anxious to see the EU bolster the new firearms regulations with tougher sentencing regimes for gun offences. A police source said there is a mandatory 5 years sentence in the UK for illegal possession of firearms and that has helped derive down gun crime.

In a lot of EU countries sentencing is far too lenient. The EU commission confirmed that its firearms directive did not include blank firing "acoustic weapons" our "alarm weapons" success as flare guns or starter pistols, some of which can be adapted to fire live rounds.A spokesman said the amendment bringing the excluded weapons into the new directive was tabled five days after the gun attacks in Paris.

The rules will include a ban on ownership by collectors of guns such as Kalashnikovs because of the danger they might be stolen and reactivated. The EU is also trying to enforce better exchange of information between  member states including sharing details of refusal of firearms licences.

PETITION: Stop spending a fixed 0.7 per cent slice of our national wealth on Foreign Aid

Despite spending cuts at home the Government is committed to hand over 0.7% of national income in overseas aid, regardless of need. The Mail on Sunday believes voters do not want this and instead, we should provide money only for truly deserving causes, on a case-by-case basis.

How foreign aid fuels wars and corruption

A bill passed in 2015 required the Government to spend a fixed 0.7% of gross national income on foreign aid. UK handouts will rise from current £12bn to £16bn by 2020. This is by far the highest rate of any G20 nation and is leading to huge waste and corruption. We believe this is the wrong approach because it fuels waste by focussing on targets, not outcomes. Foreign aid should provide money for the job, not jobs for the money.

Europe wanted to export extremists to Syria: Turkish officials

Europe wanted to export extremists to Syria: Turkish officials

Officials point to Europeans arriving in Turkey with weapons on watchlisted passports and say warnings were ignored

In interviews with the Guardian, Turkish officials challenged the assessment that they did not do enough to combat the terror threat, and provided details of several incidents they say show European governments allowed people to travel to Turkey.
In June 2014, Turkish security officers at Istanbul airport interviewed a Norwegian man who openly told them that he had come to Turkey in order to travel to Syria for “jihad”. Isis had just surged through Iraq, conquering the plains of Nineveh, and would soon announce a caliphate on its territories in Syria and Iraq, upending fragile nation states that had already begun to collapse.

When they searched his luggage, they found that he had managed to travel out of Oslo with a suitcase that contained a camouflage outfit, a first aid kit, knives, a gun magazine and parts of an AK-47, the contents of which had managed to elude customs authorities in Europe.

Two months later, a German man arrived in Istanbul with a suitcase containing a bulletproof vest, military camouflage and binoculars that he managed to carry through an airport in Paris on his way to Turkey.

In 2013, A Danish-Turkish dual citizen, Fatih Khan, left Denmark for Syria, but was detained while trying to cross the border in the Turkish province of Kilis and deported back to Copenhagen. He was given another passport by the Danish authorities, and made his way back to Syria.

That same year, Mohamed Haroon Saleem, a British citizen, arrived in Istanbul from London and travelled to Syria, having managed to travel out of the UK with a passport that was flagged on the Interpol list as stolen or lost.

Mohamed Mehdi Raouafi, a French citizen, left France in January of 2014 to join the war in Syria. Despite his sister warning the Turkish authorities who subsequently informed the French government that he was going there to join radical groups, he was allowed to travel out of France.

The Soufan Group, a respected security consultancy and thinktank, estimated in late 2015 that between 27,000 and 31,000 foreign fighters had travelled to Syria and Iraq to fight alongside militant groups, including 760 from the UK.

Turkey now has a list of more than 38,000 individuals who are banned from entry, based partly on more recent European cooperation and its own investigations into individuals arriving in the country. It has deported over 3,200.

Turkish officials said they approached European counterparts as early as late 2012 to come up with a pooled list of names of potential radicals who would not be allowed inside Turkey, saying they feared the aftermath of revolutions in the Arab world would lead to a vacuum of power that would allow the flourishing of groups such as al-Qaida inside Syria, but their proposal was declined by most intelligence agencies.
Little intelligence-sharing

Despite efforts by the EU’s counter-terrorism coordinator, Gilles de Kerchove, most European countries were dithering in their response, sharing a limited list of names, and had no policy to specifically address the foreign fighter threat.
“They knew about these people, and they didn’t stop them because they had no legal framework to stop them,” the senior security official said.

Turkish counter-terrorism officials say they needed the lists of suspected radicals since they had no surveillance capability in Europe and had to rely on European intelligence agencies to alert them to potential terrorism suspects. Without European intelligence backing, they could only prosecute them for attempting to illegally cross into Syria and deport them back to Europe. Some of those deported were later given new passports and allowed to travel back to Turkey.

It is unclear why there was so little intelligence-sharing between EU states and Turkey. Turkish officials chalk it up to a multitude of factors: what they say is an attempt by Europe to export its terrorism problem to the battlefields in Syria rather than address rising Islamophobia and problems with integration; laws that limit European surveillance powers, and even a personal distrust of Erdoğan among European leaders due to his Islamist roots.

“Europe knew exactly what was happening, but they started a blame game and said the entire problem was on the Turkish-Syrian border,” the security official said.
“Without taking any responsibility they blamed us for this, on top of the refugee issue. They didn’t like Erdoğan and the Turkish government. Erdoğan was the symbol of political Islam, and so he is supporting Isis.”

The official added: “But where did Isis and Nusra come from? Al-Qaida in Iraq. Did Turkey have anything to do with the formation of AQI? Assad himself was responsible for the release of how many prisoners in 2011? And where are these people now? They are the ideologues of Isis in Raqqa and Tal Abyad.”
“Turkey didn’t create Isis, we probably should have controlled our border much better ... but Turkey’s mistake was actually to follow the lead of the Europeans and the US on Syria,” the official said.

On Friday an updated report published by the New America thinktank in Washington, studying a sample of 604 militants from 26 western countries who joined Isis or other jihadi groups in Syria or Iraq, found that one in seven was a woman, a significant shift from previous jihadi conflicts. The average age was 25 and, for female recruits, it was 22. Almost one-fifth of the sample were teenagers, of whom more than a third were female.

The report, co-authored by security analyst Peter Bergen, concluded that Europe is at greater risk than the US. “The threat to Europe is driven by the large numbers of Europeans who have travelled to fight in Syria and Iraq and who have returned to the west,” it said. “The threat to the United States from returning fighters is low and will likely be manageable. So far, no ‘returnee’ from Syria has committed an act of violence in the United States and only one returnee has been arrested for plotting a domestic attack.”

Pro EU "IN Crowd" phsylogical profilers and snake oil salesmen

You have to hand it to the Wall Street funded "in crowd", they are doing a thorough job in leaving no stone unturned to convert our natural fears and insecurities into votes for their beloved EU.

Every fear you ever had is to be dragooned into service and  heightened to fever pitch by their expensively hired physiological profilers advising them how best to play on our instincts and fears.

This approach has been long used by advertisers to sell us all kind of useless products the most famous among them being snake oil. The only snake in that product was the fraudster selling the muck but he made a fortune before being rumbled.

Why are they doing this you may ask. Simple they fear you. Ohh they may not fear politicians as they can be easily bought and sold like any other commercial transaction but ordinary people thats a different kettle of fish.

You have this smug arrogant establishment quaking in its boots right now. You hold the sword of Damoclese over their heads and it is leaving them shaking in their gucci boots.  With one little X you can rewite the entire history of this great nation. They will stop at nothing to divert you from exercising any kind of power over them but ignore their tales of imminent doom should you dare defy their wisdom

One of their like Tony Blair even went as far as cooking up scary stories with George Bush about non exsistent weapons of mass destruction due to start landing in our back gardens. That lie got us into the Iraq war. Blair later even admitted it was that conflict which gave rise to Isil. So everything has happened since is down to Blair and his untruths.
"There are elements of truth in that [the suggestion that the invasion of Iraq led to the rise of Islamic State]. Of course you can’t say those of us who removed Saddam in 2003 bear no responsibility for the situation in 2015 – but it is important to also realise that the Arab Spring which began in 2011 would have also had its impact."- (Tony  Blair)

So be not afraid

"For a nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people."--John F. Kennedy, February 26, 1962.

Martin O'Neill admits Euro 2016 may have to be played in empty stadiums

Republic of Ireland boss Martin Oneill says Euro 2016 games to be played indoors following Brussels atrocity

Republic of Ireland boss Martin O'Neill would reluctantly accept playing Euro 2016 games behind closed doors if the ongoing terror threat meant that was the only alternative.

UEFA insisted on Wednesday that it had no plans to keep supporters out of games at this summer's finals in France in the wake of Tuesday's attacks in Brussels.

However, O'Neill admitted that, should security chiefs decide that is the best solution to guarantee the safety of all involved, they would have to do it.

He said: "If someone wants to make an attack as happened yesterday, it's very, very difficult to deal with that, but overall the security that we're being provided with is really excellent and like everything else, I'd comply with anything that is happening.

"There's talk about matches being played behind closed doors, but the safety of people is of paramount importance and anything that is agreed upon, we will fall in line.

Britain warned it wields no power in German-dominated EU

A Brexit paradise: How Iceland's 'Project Fear' backfired

Iceland’s Prime Minister Sigmundur Gunnlaugsson  a leader of non-EU member state, warns that Britain has little or no say over decisions made in a European Union increasingly dominated by German interests alone. He stated that the other 27 member states are summoned merely to approve the decisions of the Franco German but increasingly the latter both day or night.

Iceland has access to the EU's single market and is free to conduct bilateral trade deals anywhere in the world. Mr Gunnlaugsson’s remarks also pour scorn on the idea the UK, the continent’s 2nd largest economy, can push through any market-oriented reforms if voters decide to stay in the EU after a summer referendum.

Wolfgang Schaeuble, Germany’s finance minister has already warned Brussels would not adopt deregulation, as suggested by David Cameron, particularly in services, which would harm its economic interests.

Having suffered the worst financial crash of any major country in the world in 2008 - the Icelandic economy is now booming with growth set to hit 3.2pc of GDP this year. Eight years on and one $4.6bn bail-out later,  has cast off the demons of its banking meltdown.

Relative to the size of its banking sector, the country’s 2008 financial collapse was the worst any economy has suffered in modern history. Its trio of "New Viking’ banks, who accounted for 90pc of its entire financial sector, crumbled in the space of days.

Where Britons are warned of the potentially cataclysmic implications of a UK exit from the European Union, Icelanders were sold a tale of perma-doom that would plague the island until it became a member of the bloc.

Lumbered with a currency that lost 60pc of its value, draconian capital controls and mass austerity, the rationale for membership was simple: as part of the EU’s supranational institutions and monetary union, Iceland would finally have shelter from the market speculators that bought the country to its knees.

2009 also marked the euro’s first decade in existence. With financial calamity having descended on British and American shores, Brussels pronounced monetary union an unmitigated success.

In commemoration of its 10th anniversary, the European Commission released a 53-page report excoriating an entire body of mainly US economic literature which had prematurely “doomed the single currency to collapse”.

“The euro is one of the most exciting experiments in monetary history,” declared the authors.

It was in the wake of this turmoil that Iceland formally launched its bid to become a full member state of the European Union in July 2009. “Without membership we were doomed," says Gunnlaugsson, who became Iceland’s youngest prime minister aged just 38 in 2013.

The economy was left saddled with debt of 850pc of GDP, or £224,000 owed by every Icelandic man, woman and child.

Ryanair attempt profiteering from isil atrocity

How low do you have to stoop to profiteer out of an isil atrocity? Ryanair that's how low. People who had been traumatised by the blast in the Brussels bombings wanted nothing more than to return home in the immediate aftermath of the slaughter. Ryanairs callous response was to slap a £6,000 return fare for 28 frightened passengers. This is the airline which is going to p!aster its planes with pro EU slogans during the referendum campaign. They really are the low callously unFare airline.

Sarkozy: Anyone who says Turkey is European country wants EU’s death

Anyone who says Turkey is European country wants EU’s death

Turkey has no place in Europe. I have always adhered to this position, it is based on common sense. This doesn’t mean that I have anything against the Turks. We need them, they are our allies in NATO. But if we begin to explain it – that Turkey is in Europe – European school students will have to be told that the European border lies in Syria. Where’s common sense?” Sarkozy asked in an interview to ITele

Turkey Migrant deal - Visa free travel for 77 million Turks to EU by June 2016

An Isil suicide bomber who struck Istanbul has been named as Mehmet Ozturk. Five suspected accomplices have also been detained. The number of Turks fighting for Isil went up to 25,500 fighters last year according to their intelligence service. Turkey has played a duplicitous game where it used isil to its own advantage .  Given the nature of this organization it was only a matter of time before they turned on Ankara. The major isil training camps were in Turkey.

Erdogan thought he could use isil for his proxy war in Syria against the Kurds but it is now coming very much back to bite him. As to the EU €6 billion funded deal on returning new migrants to the country the Turks are smiling all the way to the bank. As long as they adhere to a 72 point plan they will secure visa free travel for all Turkish citizens throughout the EU by the end of the same month as our referendum namely June. If the Turks keep their pledges the next step is to accelerate Turkeys full membership of the EU.

This initally angered Cyprus who said they would use their veto against any such deal to allow the Turks to join the EU. However in a side deal they relented. The first deportations have not yet commenced as expected as the Greeks said they are now awaiting a promised force of additional personnel from the EU prior to putting it into operation.

The migrants meanwhile just keep on coming. The gangsters running Turkey meanwhile continue their murderous campaign against the Kurds plus arrests of anyone identified as enemies of the regime. Many academics are part of the crack down. Once the visa free travel deal comes into force thousands of those targeted by the regime are preparing to use it to seek asylum in the EU.

Meanwhile it has emerged that a team of Swedish lawyers are poring over the new deal and are preparing to challenge its legality. The group issued a statement saying  "Asylum seekers have a fundamental right to have their individual asylum claims reviewed in a safe country. Under this agreement there is a genuine risk that people will be denied the right to an individual assessment because it treats all refugees under a mass agreement," Louise Gunven, lawyer and board member of Lawyers Without Borders said. Also a Portuguese MEP Ana Gomes says she is going to take the deal to court also. It is turning into an ambulance chasers feeding frenzy.

How will Brexit affect Industry Farming and Fishing ?

INDUSTRY

EG: Steel The USA as a free nation was able to impose a 266% trade tarriff against Chinese dumping of imports. Cameron is still awaiting the lethargy in Brussels to tell him what to do but it is probably to late by now. One thing he could do as oil costs have never been so low is to negotiate with power companies to help steel plants get cheaper energy ( he prides himself telling us what a great deal maker he is) but not even that!

Mrs Merkle gave German heavy industries £7.1 billion since 2013. In the same period theUK gave our industries £160 million assistance. This was against a background where in the UK the cost of energy was nearly double that of our EU rivals in the first place.

The deal this government made with EDF energy building Hinkley is so bad it will make the future situation 3x times worse. The Mwh price of energy is £30 while the government agreed they can charge £97 Megawatt hour. Guess who has to guarantee any shortfall in ths extortinate guarantee price. CUSTOMERS! One expert Mr Dominic Whitthome of Mainline Energy Consultants stated:"

"The subsidies j ust look staggering. The government just didn't know what they were doing, it's the worst deal I have ever seen."

So much for Osbourne wearing a TATA hat also the 31 frigates for the navy they are happy top see built of Chinese steel. The EU recently imposed an arms embargo against Saudi Arabia. This means a £3 billion arms sale to the country is now halted with all the loss of jobs this will cause.

Now we learn China has imposed ANTI DUMPING TARRIFFS on UK and other steel! YOU COULDNT MAKE IT UP!
China imposes ANTI DUMPING TARRIFFS ON UK STEEL

  FARMING

Brexit would mean halting £6 billion a year Common Agricultural Policy payment of which we just get £3 billion back. We could even increase the cash the EU pays the farmer AND STILL SAVE THE TAXPAYER CASH WIN WIN THERE!

The zombie ISDS – rebranded as ICS, rights for corporations to sue states refuse to die” shows how the push for foreign investor privileges in EU trade talks such as the proposed EU-US TTIP deal continues as the Commission attempts to rebrand the politically untenable investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) as an “Investment Court System” (ICS).

An unprecedented Europe-wide controversy over the democratic threat posed by ISDS led to last autumn’s rebranding of ISDS as ICS in an attempt to get around the enormous public opposition to legal privileges for multinational corporations.

It allows companies to sue governments if policy changes –  even ones to protect public health or the environment – are deemed to affect their profits. These lawsuits bypass domestic courts and take place before an international tribunal of arbitrators, three  private lawyers who decide whether private profits or public interests are more important. Across the world, investor-state tribunals have granted big business billions of dollars from taxpayers’ pockets –  often in compensation for public interest measures.

Avon calling UK with new British HQ

Avon calling UK with new British HQ
Ding dong, Avon calling … Britain. The cosmetics company is moving its corporate headquarters from the US to Britain 130 years after it was founded in New York.

The company, which sells products door to door through almost six million agents, said it would transfer its head office to the UK over time after selling its North American business. It will keep its operations in Suffern and Rye in New York state and maintain its listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

The move is part of a restructuring plan that also involves cutting 2,500 jobs out of its worldwide workforce of 28,300. The company aims to save $350m in costs over the next three years.

Avon said: “The company will reduce corporate infrastructure and will transition, over time, the location of Avon’s corporate headquarters to the United Kingdom, where the company has significant commercial operations. To realise benefits of scale, core enterprise functions will be located in the United Kingdom with direct connection to the operations throughout the world.”

Boeing is choosing London for its new headquarters

Boeing will be based in London regardless of the outcome of the in-out vote in June proving that membership of Europe is not as crucial to business as stay campaigners claim.

A spokesman for the company said the UK market is critical for Boeing.

Sir Michael Arthur, the president of Boeing UK & Ireland, added: "The prosperous partnership between our country and our company goes from strength to strength.

“The whole Boeing team is committed to the UK, our customers and our partners for the long-term."

Leave campaigners said the decision is a massive vote of confidence in Britain and its ability to be the cent of global business.

Jill Seymour MEP, the UKIP transport spokesperson, said: "This is a massive vote of confidence in the UK, and shows that the referendum result will have no bearing on our importance in the world’s economy in the eyes of our biggest investors."

Matching EU farm subsidies will SAVE UK taxpayers £3billion a year post Brexit

George Eustice, the government farming minister, told the National Farmers  Union (NFU) annual conference on Wednesday

"If we left the EU there would be an £18 bn a year dividend, so could we find the money to spend £2bn a year on farming and the environment? Of course we could. Would we? Without a shadow of a doubt."

Many farmers argue that the benefit from the EUs subsidy rarely reaches them, in any case: supermarkets factor in the expected income in their calculations of what to pay suppliers. Farmgate prices for produce such as milk, wheat and pigs have plummeted by more than a third in the last year.

It would make financial sense to continue paying farmers the same subsidy as they are getting now via the EU and would cost the British taxpayer HALF AS MUCH, because, at present, we pay £6 billion a year into the CAP, but our farmers get only £3 billion back.

British farmers are effectively subsidising their competitors: the French, by far the biggest beneficiary of the CAP, who receive three times as much. That is more money released by brexiting

IF THE UK LEFT THE EU:

1.    Levels of government support to British farming would be unaffected, and may actually rise as the UK contributes more into CAP than it receives back.

2.    Government support would be targeted at issues affecting British, not European, farmers.

3.    The NFU and other groups would be lobbying British ministers attuned to British interests, not remote bureaucrats in Brussels more interested in Spanish olive growers..

4.    Farming support would not be diluted by the addition to the EU of huge numbers of new farmers in Eastern Europe entering the CAP.

Instead of allowing a group of people who sit in a foreign based offices dictate how UK farms must be run. Instead allow the UK government to set subsidies Set up a system  allowing small farmers to compete. We must return choice to farmers and consumers, allowing markets and prices to dictate what and how farmers grow. When critically viewed all the EUs problems do not come close to the meager subsidies UK farmers are currently receiving.                                                EXAMPLES

1.    CAP payments for European countries in order are France benefits most, with about 17%, followed by Spain 13%, then Germany 12%, and Italy 10.6% compared to the UK at only 7%.

2.    British farmers must use homeopathic methods on organic livestock which are unproven remedies that are resulting in the painful suffering and death of British Livestock.

3.    Europe is spending 40 percent of the annual budget and yet agriculture generates just 1.6% of EU GDP and employs only 5% of EU citizens.

4.    “The three crop rule means that Brussels bureaucrats are going to be deciding what our farmers produce, rather than what consumers want, which is a problem.”- Liz Truss Environmental Secretary

Do what is best for our farms and vote out of the European Union.

European markets end sharply lower after rollercoaster ride

A surge in stock markets and a slump in the euro as the European Central Bank announced its new stimulus measures soon went into reverse after the central bank’s president Mario Draghi suggested that might be all there was.

With another slide in the oil price as hopes of a meeting of producers to tackle the glut began to fade again, it ended up being a volatile day for investors. So markets suffered turnarounds of several hundred points, and the euro saw a more than 3% jump from its lows to its highs against the dollar.

So the final scores in Europe showed:

The FTSE 100 finished down 109.62 points or 1.78% at 6036.70 after earlier hitting 6203
The FTSE eurofirst 300 fell 1.77% to 1311.74
Germany’s Dax dropped 2.3% to 9498.15, after peaking at 9995
    France’s Cac closed 1.7% lower at 4350.35
    Italy’s FTSE MIB lost 0.5% at 18,118.23
Spain’s Ibex bucked the trend and ended up 0.07% at 8766.9
In Greece, the Athens market added 0.56% to 555.7

On Wall Street, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is currently down 150 points or 0.8%.
The euro is currently at $1.1214, having earlier fallen as low as $1.0820. It started the day at $1.0997.Meanwhile Brent crude is down 2.5% at $40.01 a barrel, off its worst level of $39.63.

Ex US ambassador says Brexit strengthens special relationship

US Senator John Bolton
Ignore Obama, Brexit will make the Special Relationship even more special

The United States has an important national security interest in British voters supporting withdrawal from the European Union. In fact, contrary to conventional wisdom on both sides of the Atlantic, Britain’s exit from the floundering EU would immediately create the potential for a more coherent and effective Western security posture globally.

President Barack Obama embodies the conventional wisdom, unabashedly supporting continued construction of a European superstate. Obama’s fascination with Brussels, however, reflects his own statist inclinations. Hislack of international leadership perfectly mirrors the EU’s timid, ineffective defence of its own interests and values. Of course Obama loves the EU.Arguing that today’s EU is collectively stronger than a continent of free nation-states misreads history, distorting it through a quasi-theological lens. The EU is less than the sum of its parts. Its politico-military “unity” is purest symbolism. Flags and anthems not only do not embody unity, but instead mask a poisonous, paralysing disarray.

Nor is unity reflected in incessant affirmations of Europe’s economic size, as if it were truly integrated. Indeed, if Europe had single-mindedly pursued a single market, abjuring political abstractions, it could have achieved more economic integration and broader political consensus together, rather than getting wrapped around the axle of “ever closer union”.

And just as symbolic gestures do not ensure unity, reversing those symbolic gestures does not forestall Britain’s ongoing descent from representative government into Europe’s bureaucratic oligarchy. David Cameron’s proposed changes to London’s relationship with Brussels in no way addresses, let alone cures, the systemic failures inherent in EU decision-making structures.

GLOBAL financial crash 'MONTHS away': Bubbles are bursting EVERY DAY, warns Yale academic

Prices are falling around the world thanks to the collapse of China's debt fuelled economic growth and this has triggered a succession of disastrous events that are starting to be realised, according to Vikram Mansharamani, an author and, lecturer at Yale University. Fears are growing that the world could face a financial crash of unprecedented levels and could even be just six months away.

Bubbles created by the mountain of cheap money made available by low interest rates since the last financial crisis are now starting to burst, said Mr Mansharamani. He told CNBC: "[The bubbles] are in the process of deflating…It all started with the China investment bubble that has burst and that brought with it commodities and that pushed deflation around the world and those ripples are landing on the shores of countries literally everywhere."

Falling oil prices and a collapse in other commodity prices, in part thanks to China's slowing economy, have kept prices low globally over the past year. Economies heavily dependent upon commodity profits have suffered enormously, and the knock-on affects are now being felt.

Mr Mansharamani added: "We've got a bubble bursting, I would argue, in Australian housing markets — that is beginning to crack; South Africa — the whole economy; Canada — housing and the economy; Brazil. We can keep going on and on."  The Bank of England and centra bankers in other developed countries are now battling against the toxic deflationary forces that push prices down and threaten to condemn economies to years of stagnation.

Inflation in Britain has barely risen above zero over the past year, and for the first time since the 1960s the country last year dipped into deflation.  There are now signs that economic growth in the UK is starting to slow and London's huge property bubble could be about to burst.

MEPs block May's bid to screen all flights for terrorists after delaying deciding vote on laws in Brussels

A counter-terror plan backed by Theresa May to collect personal data on everyone flying in and out of Europe has been scuppered by MEPs.  In the wake of the Paris attacks, EU ministers and the European Parliament promised to start using airline records to screen passengers before departure to identify potential terror suspects and track their movements.
But senior MEPs have stalled its introduction by refusing to hold a final vote on the legislation in Brussels. The delay is embarrassing for the Home Secretary who has long championed its introduction and warned that it should be put in place ‘immediately’ to boost security.
Mrs May, a one-time Eurosceptic, has argued that Britain should stay in the EU because it allows greater co-operation in the fight against terrorism, but opponents will argue the dithering over the plan in Brussels weakens her argument.
Officials first mooted the idea to start using the information given by passengers when they book flights and check in to fight terrorism and serious crime in 2007, but it has been repeatedly held up because of disagreements among member states and MEPs.
Under the plan, airlines operating flights in or out of EU countries would be obliged to send all details provided by travellers such as name, itinerary, bank card details, home address and meal preference to authorities. Police and security services in member states would then be able to check passengers before their flights.
The data would be stored for six months so they could also use it to pick up suspicious travel patterns such as people coming to and from terrorism hotspots such as Syria
All flights coming in and out of the EU would be covered by the scheme, but member states would be given the option of whether or not to record information for passenger taking flights within the continent.
At an emergency summit in Brussels in December after the Paris attacks, Mrs May told fellow ministers that they had ‘been waiting too long’ to put the plan in place and they reached a deal with MEPs for its introduction.

Donald Trump calls for new trade deals with INDIVIDUAL COUNTRIES

March 11 (Reuters) - U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said on Friday he favored the United States reaching trade agreements with individual countries as opposed to multilateral accords like the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

Trump, who is leading in the race for the Republican nomination for president, has made his opposition to trade deals like the 12-nation TPP and the North American Free Trade Agreement a centerpiece of his campaign toward the Nov. 8 vote.

"To do these deals where they wrap them up and they put 12 countries in one. TPP is an example. I want individual trade deals with individual countries," Trump told a Palm Beach, Florida, news conference ahead of the state's nominating contest on Tuesday.

"Some countries treat us better than others. Some are worse," he said.
"China will take advantage of TPP. It's not in it now but believe me they come through the back door. They are watching it so closely," said Trump, a real estate developer. The deal was reached in October.

Trump said he favored free trade but it must be "fair." He said NAFTA had cost many Americans their jobs and TPP, which must be ratified by Congress, would do the same.

The United States already has bilateral trade deals with 20 countries, including Canada, Israel, Mexico, Peru, Singapore and South Korea. (Reporting by Eric Beech in Washington; Editing by Howard Goller)

Cameron Gives in to terror blackmail demand hands over £500 million taxpayers cash

Its just 4 months since the EU handed Turkey the 1st €3billion installment now they are demanding the same amount of yet another totalling €6 billion. The UK taxpayer is now saddled with a burden of £500 million total as our contribution to this blatent blackmail demand.

The Erdogan regime is up to its ears trading illegally in Isil oil supplies plus wiping out the Kurds the only effective counter to isil on the ground. They began their attacks in support of their ISIL allies by shelling the Kurdish liberated Meanagh airfield freed from ISIL by the Kurds. They have shut down 33 Zaman media outlets and jailed 60 journalists plus wiped the evidence on the newspapers computer files.

Cameron has ensured UK taxes are now supporting these gangsters extermination of the Kurdish people. What a mess!

This Rose wont grow on you!!

The Treasury select committees chairman Mr Andrew Tyrie challenged the figure of £3,000, compiled by the Confederation of British Industry, which had been derived from five separate studies, two of which were not even to do with the UK, and ALL of which were 10 years old or more. Not only that, they produced “wildly varying conclusions” based on“incompatible methodologies”. In short, the £3,000 claim was to be kind about it “misleading”, and to base a campaign on it was “nothing short of a dingenuous”.
 Lord Rose Replied.

“What you’re effectively saying, is that the CBI is putting out propaganda  which is untrue. AND FRANKLY, I FIND THAT QUITE CREDIBLE!  What we’re trying to do, is give a general direction of travel. What it proves is that actually, THE BENEFITS OF BEING IN THE EU ARE OUTWEIGHED BY THE COSTS!”

Labour MP Wes Streeting asked Lord Rose, whether leaving the EU would result in a rise in wages for low-skilled workers in the UK.He replied that

Lord Rose Head of Britain Stronger in EU

" If a British exit leads to restrictions on EU migrants, then “the price of labour will, frankly, go up”. “If you are short of labour the price will, frankly, go up. So yes. That’s not necessarily a good thing."

The “cost” of Britain remaining in the EU will be continued “one-way traffic” of EU migrants for up to a decade. for example, the TV interview during which he got the name of his own campaign wrong. Four times!

Also durng his TV appearence Lord Rose first called the organisation he heads “Stay in Britain”. He frowned. No, that couldn’t be right. “Better in Britain.” No, hang on, let me try that again. “Better in Britain.” Hold on, that was the one he’d said before, and it was still wrong. One more shot. “Better Stay in Britain!

You really have to wonder exactly who its not a good thing for. The 35 Blue Chip letter signatories who on this evidence are embarking on Project UK Sweatshop and fear a Brexit will cut off the endless supply of dirt cheap easily exploitable labour thus forcing them to have to pay the rest of us a decent wage

Sleaze Standards watchdog to investigate HIMSELF

Parliamentry Standards Watchdog to investigate kickback allegations against HIMSELF!

It seems that the parliasmentary sleaze standards watchdog Sir Kevin Barron has had to refere himself to himself for investigation into allegations he was accepting substancial £5,000 fees from Japenese businessmen.

Im sure Mr Barron will indeed do a stirling job conducting his investigations in a very rigerous manner befitting what we have come to expect of our ruling elite of late.

Its a whole new departuure that one is allowed to be your own judge and jury.

A disaster zone that's dominated by the Germans: Ex-Bank chief King's verdict on euro project

A DISASTER ZONE DOMINATED BY GERMANS: Ex-Bank chief King's verdict on euro project

Mervyn King warned 'one-size-fits-all currency' was doomed

He said Germany's rise to power created 'enormous tensions' in Europe

But refuses to take sides in referendum debate in interview with Daily Mail

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail, he warned the 'one-size-fits-all currency' was doomed. He said Germany's rise to power has created 'enormous tensions' across Europe.

Lord King, who steered the Bank through the 2008 financial crisis, refused to take sides in the referendum debate. But he said the launch of the euro had been an unmitigated disaster.

'The attempt to create a monetary union has been damaging economically, and it has been damaging politically,' he said. 'There are no good ways out of it. It's only a question of the least bad way'

The grim prognosis from the former central banker was seized on by Eurosceptics as evidence it is 'game over' for the eurozone. But Lord King saved his most explosive comments for Europe's biggest economy, saying Germany's dominance has been one of the more damaging consequences of the single currency project.

EU Destruction of the UK Fishing Industry (Download Availible)

                                             Environmental Disaster

Under the Common Fisheries Policy, North Sea cod stocks fell from 250,000 tonnes to 50,000 tonnes. Other fish species have also been decimated.

                                              Employment Disaster

Britain's waters contain 80%of the EU's fish stocks, but our fishermen are allocated only 12%of fish by value. Tens of thousands have been thrown out of work.

                                               Consumer Disaster

The destruction of fish stocks has meant that many species have become rare and expensive. Increased food costs are estimated at £269 million per year. Worst hit have been the poorest in society.

The only way to safeguard our fish and our marine environment is to Leave the European Union.
